OFFICERS
Officers are elected by the membership at the
annual meeting. They are responsible for hiring contractors to take care of the
common areas, collecting dues from members, setting rules for use of the common
areas and, in conjunction with the DRC, enforcing the Design Standard, and
covenants and restrictions of the subdivision.
The following
residents serve as officers.
President - Aaron Froehlich
Vice President - Dillion Gutierrez
Secretary - Mandy Froehlich
Treasurer - Rich Baker
Note that questions about dues should be
addressed to Rich Baker, Treasurer. All other inquiries should be directed to
